Drink up, on the waterfront.
Bangor Greendrinks is proud to announce that we have offered the City of Bangor a $2000 Green Grant to help install drinking fountains on the Bangor Waterfront. These drinking fountains will help events such as the American Folk Festival, the Bangor Beer Festival, the Waterfront Concerts, Erin’s Run, the Color Run, and many more reduce their environmental impact by lessening the need for bottled water. We’ll be working with the city in the coming weeks and months to develop the specifics, but so far, things are going well. Stay tuned for updates and future Green Grants.
