May 10th: Greendrinks Draws Outside The Lines

The time has come! Studio Linear is opening the doors to their new studio on May 10th in conjunction with Bangor Greendrinks. Beer on tap from Geaghan Brothers Brewing Company, music by Thom Cosgrove, wine from Central Street Farmhouse, and cocktails featuring Twenty2 Vodka infused with Unrest Roating Co. Coffee. How are we green? It was very important to us from the beginning, to use materials for our office renovations that could be upcycled; using reclaimed materials for our walls such as old palettes and lighting fixtures made from bicycles that were destined for the trash. We have used VOC free paints when we could and energy efficient bulbs. We have supported local artists and craftsmen in addition to working with Telford Allen in restoring this incredible building along Bangor’s waterfront.

As usual, Greendrinks is family-friendly, although you’ll need an ID to drink alcohol. There’s a suggested $5 donation, and you’ll want to bring your own drinking vessel. If you don’t, we’ll have compostable cups for $1 or custom glassware for $5.
