Greendrinks Celebrates Innovation

Please join us in celebrating the completion of the first Bangor Innovative Neighborhoods competition, on November 28th from 5-8pm at the Bangor Public Library! Thanks to the generosity of Bangor Savings Bank, we’ll be serving up some great beer, fine wine, and delicious foods as awards are presented to the winning neighborhood team projects.

The purpose of Innovative Neighborhoods is to engage Bangor’s many neighborhoods in a friendly competition to develop innovative ideas with the goal of improving our city as a whole. Winning projects will be selected by a BDN online poll and announced at this special Greendrinks event!

So come enjoy a cold local beer on us and hear all about some great ideas to make Bangor better and more innovative, one neighborhood at a time!

As always, Greendrinks is a free family-friendly event, so bring the kiddos! There is a suggested $5 donation, and we ask that you bring your own drinking vessel. If you forget, we’ll have compostable cups available for $1, and custom vessels for sale. Proceeds from the event go toward helping Bangor Greendrinks provide grants to fund worthy projects that help make Bangor greener. See you there!
