May 29th: Greendrinks Map Party!
Bangor Greendrinks is wicked proud to announce the release of the first Bangor Area Trails Map & Guide on Tuesday, May 29th from 5-8pm at Mason’s Brewing Company!
The Bangor Area Trails Map & Guide will feature over 150 miles of trails and trail networks throughout the Bangor area managed by over a dozen different organizations. Folks will be able to use the map and guide to find great riverfront strolls, solitary walks in the woods, challenging single track for mountain biking, and winter trails for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and fat biking.
Bangor Area Trails was funded through a Bangor Greendrinks Green Grant with additional support from Heart of the Penobscot and Bicycle Coalition of Maine.
A huge thank you to Center for Community GIS for their cartography and design services to create Bangor Area Trails.

As always, Greendrinks is a free family-friendly event, so bring the kiddos! There is a suggested $5 donation, and we ask that you bring your own drinking vessel. If you forget, we’ll have compostable cups available for $1, and custom glassware for $5.
Proceeds from the event go toward helping Bangor Greendrinks provide grants to fund worthy projects that help make Bangor greener.
