Aug 9: Greendrinks Ales & Trails
Join us for our next event at Geaghan’s Pub & Brewery on August 9th from 5-8 pm!
For this event, we’ll be finding out about all of the amazing things that the Orono Land Trust has been up to lately, such as trail improvements. It’ll also be an opportunity to check out Geaghan’s new beer garden, plus hear about all of the fantastic upgrades in their new digs.
This will be an outdoor event in Geaghan’s beer garden. Geaghan’s will be pouring alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, plus there will be snacks to munch on. Remember to bring your own drinking vessel! We’ll also have some to sell if you forget.
NOTE: This event is not at the old Geaghan’s spot in Brewer. It will be at their expanded location in Bangor, near the casino. From Main St., turn on to Dutton St., then go to the back of the Fireside Inn & Suites. The beer garden is behind Geaghan’s pub and the inn. You’ll see the Greendrinks check-in table at one of the gates to the beer garden.
As always, Greendrinks is a free family-friendly event, so bring the kiddos! There is a suggested $5 donation, and with your donation you’ll receive beverages and snacks. All funds raised will go to our Green Grants program, which are micro grants for local environmental projects.
